Home!
Well that's it, we are home and sadly Patterdale is over for another year. Parents, I imagine the girls are full of stories of activities, nighttime feasts and the disco. All your daughters were great fun to take away and they impressed us with giving everything a go! If they haven't told you yet, ask them about Happy by Pharrell Williams, Mrs Gaskell, Mrs Hill, Miss Ley and Mr Roberts had a great time dancing with their groups and the videos have given us some great laughs! Girls, thank you for being fab!
Thank you to all the wonderful instructors who led the activities and encouraged the girls to give everything a go. Thank you to all the staff for being brilliant and a personal thank you from me (Amanda) for looking after me so well after my calamity (!) Michael, thanks for wheeling me round Penrith hospital and getting me to the coach! Thanks Shaun, Tim, Anne and Jack for taking care of me and getting me checked out. Anne I have stopped snivelling!
See you all next year :-)
Rope Course
Miss Ley's group had a great morning on the ropes course, the girls worked together to pass a baton around the course and then had to beat their own time when they did it again. The girls showed real teamwork and determination throughout.

The bus has arrived and we are due to depart by 3:25. Expected arrival time at Stanfield is 5:30 earliest - but more likely 6:00pm, later if the traffic is bad.
The girls have had a fantastic time but are looking forward to their own beds!!

Late return
Due to unforeseen circumstances we will be delayed getting back to Stanfield. Please ring to confirm ETA. I will post as soon as I know more.

Good Morning
Good morning all, the girls were amazing last night and everyone got some sleep! They were up bright and early stripping beds and packing. They have just eaten breakfast, cereal, toast and a cooked breakfast. They are now searching the drying room for a myriad of lost and wet items of clothing. The girls will be going off to their final activity in about half an hour.
We are aiming to be on the road by 1:30, if that changes at all, we will let you know.

Climbing
Thurs afternoon on the crag. The girls were great - learning that it was good to be scared and that they could cope with their fear!
